I was born and raised in Augusta, Ga and I currently reside here with my husband Cedric of 38 years. I am a mother of three, MDS Nurse Consultant, multi-book author, clergy, and so much more as it pertains to my personal life. Professionally, I have been a MDS coordinator for over 26 years, and  in 2021, I've launched out to start a business as a MDS Nurse consultant. I enjoy educating and consulting interdisciplinary team members. Furthermore, I have created a business called "The Smiley MDS Nurse Consultant Agency", and my motto is to provide services with a smile. The Smiley MDS Nurse Consultant Agency is a business that provides excellent services ranging from education, counseling, and improving 5-star rating, The Georgia Quality Incentive program, facility audits  and understanding quality measure reports and Medicaid cost reports. Furthermore, our services will also help MDS coordinators address their problems while providing  engaging and effective skills to keep them one step ahead.
